Login and initial setup

Q: How do I register to use Adverti.se?
A: Login with your existing facebook account. If you do not have a facebook account click here.

Q: How do I setup my site to work with Adverti.se?
A: Clicking on your profile picture when logged in to Adverti.se opens your personal settings page. Enter your sites url or product feed on this page.

Q: How long does it take for adverts to be written?
A: It can take upto 24 hours from first submission for adverts to be written for your site. Whilst you are waiting for your ads to be written, please try the sample ads to understand how Adverti.se works.

How to use Adverti.se

Q: How do I approve ads?
A: Click the tick icon next to an ad to approve it, or click the tick on an ad group to approve several ads at once. Click the tick icon again to unapprove an ad.

Q: How do I edit ads?
A: Double click the ad headline, text or image to edit any of the information.

Q: How do I get my ads live?
A: To make your ads live, so that they appear on Google or Facebook, you must download a csv file and then import it into Facebook or Google as appropriate. Click the publish button in the top right-hand corner to download the csv file.

About your ads

Q: How long does it take for ads to be written?
A: Our system must crawl your website to find pages which are then added to a processing queue. The length of the queue varies but each page can take upto 1 minute to process depending on the amount of included text. We currently aim to process all pages within 24 hours of submission.

Q: Why do some products have fewer ads than others?
A: The number of ads written depends on the quality and volume of text written about your product. If your product page does not contain much information, or the infromation is contained in pictures then it makes it hard for our technology to understand. We systematically check that every product processed produces ads but if you find a problem please contact us and supply the problem url.

Q: Can I bulk customise the ads?
A: Yes, but this is not currently automated. Please contact us and we will setup your customisations and rewrite all of your ads.

Price & billing questions

Q: How much does Adverti.se cost?
A: Please see our pricing page for current costs.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Paypal. If you require direct debit or would like invoicing terms please contact us.

Requesting support

Q: How can I contact you for support issues?
A: You can contact us online, via email or telephone depending on your support plan. Please click the help link from within the application.

Cancellation

Q: What happens if I cancel?
A: Your account will be suspended and we will cease writing ads for your products. If you are on a subscription no further payments will be taken.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: You can request a refund if within 7 days of payment you have exported fewer than two thousand adverts. The refund will be pro-rata based on the number of ads you have exported since payment.

Q: How do I use Adverti.se with my Google Apps?
A: You can add Adverti.se to Google apps here.

Q: Deletion policy?
A: You can cancel your account and request that all data we hold on record is deleted from the settings page or by emailing admin@adverti.se

Q: Can you support "X" ad format?
A: If you want text ads writing in a format other than Facebook or Google please let us know and we will gladly add support for it.

Q: Can I beta test new features?
A: Yes, we will add an option to the settings page so that early adopters can access beta features early.
